The ever-popular Earth Day Festival is back with double the excitement taking place at two great events!
Island Palm Communities, the Directorate of Public Works and MWR are partnering to present the Fun Fest & Earth Day 2012 on April 7 at Schofield Barracks, followed by the Earth Day Festival on April 28 at Fort Shafter Flats. Look forward to exciting, hands-on exhibits that will raise awareness about our natural resources, pollution prevention and promote sustainable living. It's an afternoon of fun for the whole family!
While you're there, take the Earth Day Passport Challenge. The first 500 kids to complete their passport will get a pair of commemorative sunglasses made from recycled plastic! Pick up your passport on the day of the event from the SYNERGY Kids Club tent. See you there!
