Leasing Consultant

Responsible for showing, selling and leasing homes, for working with prospective residents and carrying out activities related to managing the waitlist.


Primary responsibility is to perform maintenance and cleaning functions in the community, including resident homes, community centers or office space, grounds, parks and parking lots. Laborers are generally, entry level positions providing pressure washing, cleaning, grounds keeping, deliver or other non-trade specific work around the property.


Responsible for performing cleaning functions in homes and common areas.

General Maintenance Technician - Service

Primary responsibilities is to perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential area and grounds. Responds to service repairs relating to (but not limited to) cleaning, painting, interior/exterior maintenance, lawn maintenance, replacement of lights, debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, roof repairs, heating/air system maintenance, appliance evaluation and repair, smoke detector maintenance, relocation of furniture/fixtures, etc. Will assist one or more workers in the skilled maintenance trades by performing general duties, serves as a trades helper. 1-3 years of experience required.

HVAC Technician

Primary responsibilities are to respond to service calls and perform change of occupancy maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential area and grounds. Will perform specialized maintenance functions including HVAC, electrical and refrigeration systems. Certification in any of the specialized functions strongly preferred. 5 years of experience desired.

Customer Service Coordinator

Receive and record service requests for residents. Handle customer questions and concerns regarding service requests.

Human Resource Manager

Primary responsibility is to ensure the company's labor and employment practices meet state/federal laws and company/contract requirements.

Staff Accountant

Primary responsibility is to assist the Accounting Department with bookkeeping and administrative functions. .
