*In accordance with Island Palm Communities Resident Guide & Community Standards Handbook, a Notice to Vacate must be received by your community center at least 28 days prior to vacating your unit.

†Residents are required to notify Island Palm Communities within 14 days of any changes in his/her family status, military status or pay grade. Please check applicable and provide updated information.
