Community Enforcement & Resolution Process
Island Palm Communities will work with residents to resolve problems. If terms of the Resident Occupancy Agreement or policies in the “Island Palm Communities Resident Guide & Community Standards Handbook” are not followed, the resident will be advised of the violation through verbal notification, citation or letter.
