Island Palm Communities offers the convenience of online service requests for routine repairs from residents who have a signed Permission to Enter (PTE) on file with the community center office. If you meet these criteria, please proceed to submit an online request. We look forward to serving you!

What to Expect When Submitting an Online Routine Service Request
At the beginning of each workday, online service requests are reviewed and repairs are scheduled. You can expect service for routine service requests within 3 business days. If you have a signed “Permission to Enter” on file and have provided adequate detail for creating and scheduling the service request, no further action is required. A member of our maintenance team will be dispatched to your home to make the requested repair at our earliest opportunity. However, if we require additional information in order to ensure the proper technician is assigned, we will contact you via phone or email.
