Submit an Online Service Request
Island Palm Communities offers the convenience of online Service Requests for routine service and repairs from residents who have a signed Permission to Enter on file with their community center. If you meet this criteria, please proceed to completing an online request. We look forward to serving you!
For Emergency or Urgent service requests, please contact our 24-hour maintenance call center at 808-457-4050 (south communities) or 808-457-4075 (north communities). For all life-threatening emergencies, dial 9-1-1. To submit a Permission to Enter form for future online service requests, please visit your community center.
What to expect when submitting an online routine service request
At the beginning of each workday, online service requests are reviewed and repairs are scheduled. You can expect service for routine service requests to be completed within 3 business days. If you have a Permission to Enter form on file at your community center and have provided adequate information in your online request, no further action is required. A member of Island Palm Communities maintenance team will be dispatched to your home to make the requested repair at our earliest opportunity. However, if we require additional information in order to ensure the proper technician is assigned, we will contact you via phone or email.
