Aloha! Welcome to Island Palm Communities. If you are planning to PCS to Hawaii or would like to move on-post, we encourage you to complete an online application to start the process. To be placed on the IPC waitlist, a copy of your orders must be submitted with your online application. When you arrive in Hawaii, you must stop by our leasing office to continue the process of securing a home for your family. If you would like more information about securing a home with Island Palm Communities, please complete the form below. A personal leasing consultant will contact you to assist you with settling your family into a home and community.
