This is your first step to finding a home in Hawaii. The information provided will help your Island Palm Communities leasing consultant find you a home and community that best meets your family’s needs. All information is kept confidential. Please note that housing assignment is based on eligibility date and not the date an online application is submitted or a telephone call is made. The eligibility date is defined as the date of start of leave from a current duty station. A copy of your orders must be submitted with your online application. You cannot be placed on the waitlist without it. A leasing consultant will contact you within 10 business days of receiving your application. Thank you!
